I’ve experienced a host of problems during three visits to this location. The blizzards were poorly mixed on one occasion. The pretzel sticks were hard as a rock on the second visit. Finally, I felt like I was in trouble for asking for a lid for my blizzard. On at least two of the visits there were literal children running around the kitchen. I understand possibly needing to bring kids to work for one reason or another but at least ensure they have something to do to keep busy. I am happy to say that on my most recent visit my blizzard seems to be mixed well and I was given a lid for my blizzard with no problems. I also didn’t see any children running around.

Purchased a banana split. It did not have any nuts on it. I purchased one about six months ago and no problem. Is this something new the no nuts thing. I was never asked previously or this time if I wanted nuts. Thought nuts we’re part of the banana split. Very disappointed .. So I gave you guys another chance and it was worst than the last time. This time I asked for nuts and I was told nuts do not come on a banana spilt. Since when?? I was not told about the no nuts until after I paid for it and received my banana split. At which time I asked for a refund and was told I could not get a refund. Wow. Never again. I was given some walnuts in a small cup. See photo. I officially do not like Dairy Queen any more.

I try not to leave a bad review, but this is my third time coming and they have to be under new ownership because I got a blizzard and any other Dairy Queen I go to a blizzard is soft and their blizzard is really tough and not blended at all, and I asked for cheesecake pieces and it really have no cheesecake in it at all I really do not recommend going here at all. I wish that they was not bought off.

Seriously need to hire some people who can use the speaker box because waiting in line 20 minutes, taking the order at the window, and waiting in the parking lot is not going to fly in this area for long. Crown point is 10 minutes down the road. I can get there faster than my order gets taken here..

2 sundaes and a pup cup. Pupcup don’t get the dog treat. These large sundaes look a little small. New owners really don’t care much about quality. The lady’s working seem to care more than the owners. But I don’t think they can do much with the current owners in charge. I live 2 blocks away and in the last month or so this has been a struggle to support.
