★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Had Lugia’s ice cream truck at work. One of us ordered cannoli with hot fudge and the other the strawberry cheesecake with caramel, whipped cream and cherries. Everything was delicious!
June 22 · Diane MTheir servings are massive, I got just two scoops and struggled to finish before it began to melt. Definitely get a dish if it is hot out. The wait was a bit long, but it was at 5 on a Sunday so I can't blame them. They have a huge list of icecream flavors to try, I chose cannoli and queen of hearts. It did bother me that the prices were not listed on the menu in person, you have to go online to see the prices. The total for mine came to over $8, for two scoops of icecream in a chocolate dipped waffle cone. They also only take cash.Overall I enjoyed visiting, my icecream was great!
June 29 · Autumn MExcellent experience going here! The sizes!!!!!! It's been a little bit since we've been here and thought we'd order small - um... 😀 - they were HUGE!! We love ice cream and I couldn't even begin to eat half of the ice cream!! Quality is decent - not Abbott's quality but great bang for your buck!!
July 19 · Anita CI frequented Lugia’s over the years and enjoyed their ice cream. Unfortunately, on a recent visit (my only visit this year), I was extremely disappointed to the point of not coming back. I do not generally write negative reviews, especially for small businesses. However, I’m writing this one.I recently ordered a one scoop ice cream sunday with some chocolate sauce and whipped cream. The scoop was extremely small and I was charged over $9.00. Additionally, I ordered a pup cup (smaller than a kiddie cone) for my dog in a paper cup.. That was $5.50. Both were soft vanilla ice cream (no frills). The bill was over $15.00 for the one small scooped Sunday and a pup cup.I can afford the price, but don’t appreciate price gouging your patrons. If you going to charge high prices, provide a fair product.Because of short sightedness, you lost this loyal customer.
June 11 · George YuskaDecent ice cream. I came here on Sunday around 6:30pm. It was very busy and long lines of customers. It took awhile for my turn to order. I got kiddie side which is 2 big scoops of 2 flavors: strawberry cheesecake and black raspberry. The staff somehow skipped my order and prepared the next custom ice cream instead. Once they realized it, they got my ice cream, but it took some decent time waiting. They had good size of parking lot and plenty seats in the back for customers. Ice cream was good, but can be creamier. They took cash only.
