We were really disappointed in our açaí bowls. The açaí base is the strangest I’ve ever seen. Very light in color with no açaí flavor. I really question if this was açaí. The fruit…canned. At nearly $20 a bowl, no. Nutella addition left out of one of the bowls altogether. Not an experience I’m looking to repeat.

Absolutely fantastic flavors! You can mix and match anything you want, they blend it right there, they have a premade menu, so many options. Plenty of vegan options as well which is awesome! Great place, great ice cream.

My mom and I decided to give Scoop Deville a try tonight. Unfortunately we were a little dissapointed. The menu is a little overwhelming. We each ordered the same sundae. Mint chocolate chip w hot fudge, brownies and whip cream. Our ice cream was soupy and we could not taste the brownies at all in the sundae. There was barely any hot fudge and melted whip cream and the chocolate chips tasted a little artificial.

My husband and I have been big fans of Scoop DeVille in Philly and were excited to learn they were opening a shop in Haddon Township. We have been many times and love the variety of options, including vegan bases, that they offer.This evening, we tried their online order system for pick-up. Unfortunately, when my husband brought the ice cream home, our order had gotten pretty scrambled, which is a very unusual experience for us. Perhaps it was a bit hectic on a Sunday evening.While that experience was disappointing, the evening was saved by connecting with Spencer, the owner. I was able to explain the situation and within about 20 minutes, we had a gift card for a future visit. He even offered to have someone deliver a corrected order to us if we wanted that. He really went above and beyond to ensure that we are satisfied customers.I highly recommend Scoop DeVille for fun and creative ice cream options AND their outstanding commitment to the customer experience. I know we'll definitely be back!

Very expensive for the quality of ice cream sundae we received. Also very strange the cookie dough ice cream didn't have any cookie dough chunks asked in it. I asked if that's how it's made and they said yes 🤷‍♂️
